OVERVIEW
The Temperature and Humidity Controller is a versatile device that combines accurate sensing with intelligent control to maintain desired environmental conditions. It features real-time monitoring, adjustable setpoints, and automatic regulation of heating, cooling, humidifying, or dehumidifying systems. Widely used in industries, laboratories, greenhouses, and smart factories, this controller ensures process stability, protects sensitive equipment, and improves overall operational efficiency by maintaining consistent temperature and humidity levels.
Working Principle
The temperature and humidity control system mainly consists of three parts: a sensor (transmitter), a controller, and a heater (or fan, etc.). Its operating principle is as follows:
The sensor detects the temperature and humidity inside the enclosure and transmits the data to the controller for analysis. When the measured temperature or humidity reaches or exceeds the preset value, the controller sends a signal to activate the relay contacts. This energizes the heater (or fan), which begins heating or dehumidifying. Once the temperature or humidity drops below the preset value, the controller deactivates the relay, cutting off power to the heater (or fan), and the device stops operating. In addition to these basic functions, certain versions of the product may include additional features such as alarm output for sensor wire-break detection, communication capability, forced heating mode, and other extended functions depending on the configuration.
