OVERVIEW
The Thermal Gas Flow Meter offers direct mass flow measurement without requiring pressure or temperature compensation. It features no moving parts, ensuring low maintenance and long-term stability. With fast response time and high sensitivity, it is suitable for monitoring compressed air, industrial gases, and energy systems. It integrates easily with IoT-based smart factory monitoring platforms for real-time data analysis.
Working Principle
The meter operates by heating a sensor placed in the gas stream. As gas flows past the heated sensor, it absorbs heat and cools the sensor. The amount of heat loss is directly proportional to the mass flow rate of the gas. The internal electronics measure this temperature difference and convert it into an accurate flow signal for display or transmission to control systems.
