OVERVIEW
The Ultrasonic Gas Flow Meter provides high-accuracy measurement with no moving parts, resulting in low maintenance and long service life. It supports real-time monitoring and seamless integration with industrial automation and IoT systems. Its non-contact measurement principle ensures minimal wear and high reliability. It is widely used for energy management, leak detection, and process optimization.
Working Principle
The Ultrasonic Flow Meter operates on the transit-time method. It sends ultrasonic pulses both upstream and downstream through the flowing gas. The difference in travel time between the two signals is directly proportional to the gas velocity. The internal processor calculates the gas flow rate based on this time difference without any moving parts or pressure drop.
